Successful First Scientific Research Conference “Innovative Resources” at UNAS |

UNAS continues to train new young talents in scientific research, promoting the sustainable development of the Amazon

The National Agrarian University of La Selva (UNAS) successfully held the First Conference on Scientific Research and Statistical Methods "Innovative Resources", a pioneering event in the integration of digital technology in the scientific research of the students of the Professional School of Renewable Natural Resources.
Dr. Julián García Céspedes, Vice-Rector for Research, highlighted the importance of the event to train new young researchers. In addition, he announced the management of international agreements for students to carry out research in foreign universities.
Dr. Vicente Pocomucha Poma, organizer of the event, thanked the institutional support and congratulated the students for their excellent performance.
Dr. Ladislao Ruiz Rengifo, Dean of the Faculty of Renewable Natural Resources, highlighted the university's promotion of a new generation of researchers in renewable natural sciences.
Dr. Ronald Hugo Puerta Tuesta, Director of the School of Engineering in Renewable Natural Resources, wished success to the students who presented their research, motivating them to continue with their projects.
The event featured prominent jurors such as Dr. Rofner Florida Nélido, the M.Sc. Perci Peter Coaguila Rodríguez and Eng. Karol Josef Callocondo Morveli.
