Internship with producers and Agronomy professionals from the Madre de Dios Region

A delegation of 26 producers and Agronomy professionals from the Madre de Dios region carried out an internship at the facilities of the National Agrarian University of La Selva, where they were received by the Rector of UNAS Dr. Milthon Muñoz Berrocal and the Dean of the Faculty of Renewable Natural Resources, Dr. Casiano Aguirre Escalante.

Engineer Oscar Cabezas Huayllas, professor at the Faculty of Agronomy, was responsible for guiding this visit.

All of them are part of the “Recovery of Deforested Soils to Improve Cocoa Production in 25 Sectors of the Province of Tambopata and 18 Sectors of the Province of Tahuamanu, in the Madre Dios Region” Project, which is part of the Operational Plan of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture of the aforementioned region.
