UNAS Election Schedule, and electoral rolls

In accordance with the Law, the National Office of Electoral Processes-ONPE guarantees the transparency of the electoral process and participates in providing advice and technical assistance, and the National Police of Peru provides security in the university's electoral processes. The minimum quorum for CEUNAS meetings will be five members, including the president; At least one of the CEUNAS student members must participate. Agreements will be by simple majority of the members present.

The Electoral Committee is valid for one calendar year.

Powers of the University Electoral Committee

  1. Prepare the election regulations and propose them to the University Council for approval.
  2. Prepare the election schedule.
  3. Prepare and publish the official electoral register.
  4. Designate personnel for the electoral process
  5. Receive the registration of candidates, know and resolve their challenges and any other appeal filed in the electoral process.
  6. Carry out the electoral act, verify the calculation of the results, proclaim those elected and grant them their credentials

The Electoral processes of the student representative bodies (FEUNAS and Federated Centers) receive technical support from the Electoral Committee.
