About the process
Who can apply to the 2026-I Admission Process of the National Agrarian University of La Selva – Tingo María?▼
- Students graduating from the fifth year of secondary school from Regular Basic Education Institutions (EBR) or Alternative Basic Education (EBA).
For the Extraordinary Examination process 2026-02, the following modalities are considered:
- The two (2) first places in the order of merit of the secondary level Educational Institutions, of each Region, throughout the country and the graduates of the High Performance Colleges (COAR).
- Pre-University Center (Those who have obtained vacancies).
- Internal and/or External Transfers.
- Victims of Terrorism (Law 27277 and Law 28592).
- People with Disabilities (Law 29973 Art. 38).
- Prodac Athletes (Law 30476 and Law 30220 Art. 98 and Art.131).
- Special Agreements.
- Art and Culture.
- Graduates or Graduates (Universities and Higher Institutes).
- Native Communities of the Amazon.
What are the requirements to apply to the National Agrarian University of La Selva in the Ordinary Admission Process 2026-I?▼

- I.E. State S/.280.00
- I.E. Individual S/.320.00
+ Simple copy of the Certificate of Studies from the 1st to the 5th year of Secondary Education (applicant who is in the 5th year present their certificate of studies).
+ Simple copy of the National Identity Document (DNI).
+ Passport or passport size photograph (digital).
Can I choose several specialty options when applying?▼
Yes, there are two options and they will be professional careers at the end of the following blocks:
a. Block I includes the Engineering specialties: Agronomy, Zootechnics, Forestry, Soil and Water Conservation, Environmental, Food Industries, Computer Science and Systems, Electrical Mechanics, Renewable Natural Resources, Civil and Cybersecurity.
b. Block II includes the specialties of: Economy, Administration, Tourism and Hospitality and Accounting.

Payment for the registration fee is made at the UNAS cash desk, at Banco de la Nación to account number 00490018638, and through virtual payments at https://pagos.unas.edu.pe/cart

1. Approach the Admission Office.

About special application modalities or situations
I am a UNAS student, can I apply for another degree?▼
Yes, you can apply, by the Modality of:
1. Internal Transfer (courses are validated).
2. Ordinary Admission Exam (courses are not validated, you start from scratch)
I am a Graduate and Graduate, can I apply for a second degree?▼
In the Extraordinary Admission Process 2026-II you can apply for the Graduate and Graduate Modality.
Graduates from Higher Technological Institutes start from scratch.
University graduates validate their approved courses according to the affinity of the professional career.
I am one of the first positions in my school, can I apply for this exam?▼
Yes you can apply, but as a normal applicant for the 2026-I Admission exam
The First Place Modalities exam is on February 22, 2026.
I belong to a Native Community, can I apply for this exam?▼
- In this Admission Process 2026-I, application by this modality is not stipulated, but that does not prevent you from applying normally.
UNAS offers vacancies to members of Native communities in compliance with agreement No. 169 on indigenous and tribal peoples in the Extraordinary Examination for the Modality of Native Communities of the Amazon, which will be on February 22, 2026, registration open from January 2 to February 20, 2026.
I entered through the UNAS Pre-University Center. Should I register?▼
If you enter through the CEPREUNAS modality, you must register at the UNAS Admission Office, according to the Admission Process Schedule.

About the admission exam
What is the structure of the Admission Exam?▼
The General Test consists of 100 questions:
The test weights are:
or For Engineering.- Verbal Reasoning 20%, Mathematical Reasoning 20%, Mathematics 25% (includes Algebra, Arithmetic, Geometry and Trigonometry), Physics, Chemistry and Biology 25% and Humanities 10%.
or For FCEA and Accounting.- Verbal Reasoning 20%, Mathematical Reasoning 20%, Mathematics 20% (includes Algebra, Arithmetic, Geometry and Trigonometry), Physics, Chemistry and Biology 10% and, Humanities 30%.
The questions are objective multiple choice questions. The exam lasts 3 hours. Test grading is anonymous and automated.
Where will the Admission Exam be held?▼
It will be held at the Headquarters (Carretera Central km 1.21 - Tingo María), in the UNAS classroom pavilion.
Documents and requirements for the exam
What documents should I present to enter to take the exam?▼
The applicant will identify himself with his DNI or immigration card and Certificate of Registration.
Instructions for the day of the exam
What things DO I need to bring on the day of the exam?▼
The applicant must only bring: DNI or immigration card and proof of registration.
What things should I NOT bring on exam day?▼
It is prohibited for the applicant to bring the following: cell phone, beeper, headphones, electronic devices or other means of communication and information, sweaters, jewelry, etc.
Likewise, on the day of the exam it is prohibited to carry backpacks, folders, books, magazines, etc.
